Over the past 20 years, I have trained thousands of people to see physical transformation in their bodies and how they FEEL and MOVE. We’ve all experienced the cycle of trying new things and looking for a long-standing, sustainable solution to just moving our bodies, looking good in that little black dress and knowing what to eat. WHY DID I CREATE PILATESBODYWORKOUT?
I was a professional dancer, and nowadays, besides being a mother of two, I'm a
pilates instructor and the creator of the PilatesBodyWorkout Transformation program.
I completed my full Pilates Certification on all apparatuses with STOTT Pilates in 2002. My Certification remains current and active. I also have over 500 continuing education hours, am fully a Certified Yoga Instructor and have countless years of self-practice.
I've studied kinesiology at the university level and accumulated hundreds of hours of continuing education credits. I have been featured in print publications, online blogs, and television programs.
I've taught numerous instructor training courses and was the first Lead Teacher Trainer for the Equinox Pilates Institute in Canada. I also dedicated my loyal, private clients, many of whom are athletes that rely on their bodies for elite performance. I'm experienced with prenatal and postnatal clients and teaching individuals with injuries and special populations.
