Meet Natalya

Natalya Sebastian is a 20+ year Pilates instructor.  She's helped 1000's of women optimize their health and find the strong, lean physique they have been striving toward for years.

PBW offers a 12-week Transformation Program with one-on-one coaching from Natalya.  The program is custom tailored to fit each individual client.
